Well, it was a cold day but the spirit and warmth of everyone who attended our workshop this weekend more than made up for the chill in the air.  We felt very welcomed by the Bundagen community and heartfelt thanks to those that made this trip possible.  It was a joy for us to connect with such dedicated yoga practitioners and enthusiasts from such diverse paths and traditions. We look forward to seeing you all again soon!

Here at Sounds of Yoga you may have noticed that we have just updated our homepage to include some samples and offerings for you of what we love to do.

You can now download for free a Loving Kindness meditation, which is a beautiful meditation that Consta has been teaching in his yoga classes in Mullumbimby, and at workshops and retreats for some time, and that has proven very popular. Due to the positive response he has received teaching it, we decided to make it available to you – if you like it, feel free to let your friends know about it, too.

In addition, Armando and I have uploaded some of our music that you can listen to via the website.  Armando’s composition ‘Baba’ is a  beautiful meditative piece dedicated to Swami Muktananada.  This will give you a little taste of the kind of magic Armando can weave with his flute playing during meditations and chants – sublime!  You can also listen to ‘Guru Govinda’, a devotional song I have written which was recorded by Armando and I at our home studio.

To access all of these, simply visit our homepage and look in the box titled Music and Meditation and click on the ‘download’ or ‘listen’ links.  Happy listening!
